We can't thank Kryssy enough for all she did for us. Our agent recommended her services when it was time to sell our large apartment in Eastbourne that had been our home for many years, in order to achieve lots of viewings and a speedy sale. At our initial meeting Kryssy took notes and videos and she was so easy to talk to as we went round each room. She made tactful observations about furnishings and room arrangements that we were accustomed to but maybe didn't look the best to fresh eyes.
Later, she returned and gave us a detailed report of her recommendations, room by room, suggesting cost effective ideas and layouts. We talked it through and together we agreed a plan. She came up with excellent ideas that I could never have imagined for myself, and, as much of our furniture and ornamentation is either somewhat dated or isn't perhaps to the majority of people's taste, we took Kryssy's advice to depersonalise our home until after exchange of contracts by putting a lot of our belongings into a storage unit and renting replacement items of furniture, curtains, ornaments and artwork from Kryssy.
It was a brilliant suggestion of hers because the way she then styled the rooms looked superb for the photos and viewings but we were able to hang on to all our much loved belongings for our new home. Whilst we worked on each room according to the schedule, Kryssy was always happy to answer any queries on the phone and call round to advise if I was unsure about whether I was doing it right.
When the apartment was finished it looked really stylish and lovely; we wanted it to still look like a warm and. inviting home, rather than a show-home, and that's exactly what Kryssy achieved for us. She then arranged for an excellent photographer to take the pictures which were stunning I must say.
The consultation and the work we did on the apartment was worth every penny as we ended up agreeing a sale within ten days for the full asking price, which was a far higher figure than we'd have dreamed of asking originally, and which far exceeded what we'd spent on the changes we made, and it was bought by our very first viewer!
Having the property home-staged made for a very stress free experience and I would heartily recommended Kryssy to anyone planning to sell their property.

I can't thank Kryssy enough for all the hard work, passion & energy that she has poured into what was our empty cottage. Every room has been brought back to life and the house feels so loved again. She's sourced so many beautiful pieces, using a mix of new and pre-loved things to create a warm homely but ultimately stylish feel to the place. So many lovely touches and attention to detail, in every room. Kryssy herself was an absolute pleasure to work with - we never even met each other but she understood our needs immediately and took control of liaising with agents for access etc which was such a weight off. On the actual staging day, she really went above and beyond the call of duty, even doing some gardening while she was there to make sure everything looked it's best. Home staging was a totally new concept for us and I'm so glad we took the plunge and found Kryssy. I seriously can't recommend her enough.
My girls bedroom had become cluttered and hard to keep on top of, so I called in Kryssy.
She had some great ideas on how to move furniture around to create more floor space, helped me get ruthless at getting rid of the things we didn’t need anymore. We hung a net up for the cuddly toys that we kept and also helped rearrange the clothes in age order with my daughter’s school clothes being put into the lowest drawer to enable her to get dressed herself in the mornings.
Such a great experience with a warm and friendly professional who was very considerate and understanding of the task at hand.
