Staging a home can work around you. Using a house stager enables you to choose the items you would like to leave in your home, with the added flexibility of having complimentary furniture, lighting, art, soft furnishings and accessories brought in for you. Your property will be stylishly presented with an elegant, show-home feel, appealing to a wider audience. I can even leave set-up instructions if the space is regularly in use or may get altered by others living in the home.

Predominantly for properties that would benefit from a home-edit, homes that have not attracted enough buyer interest or homeowners that would like to achieve a higher asking price:

After making contact to discuss your requirements, I’ll arrange to visit you at the property for a consultation where I’ll take notes and measurements, create a design, set a date with you and advise on any items to be stored away.
On the day, your home will be given a full edit and staged with bespoke furniture, lighting, art, soft furnishings and accessories. If you choose not to be there, I can arrange to collect a key.
Staging a home leaves you with a beautifully presented property that is ready to invite valuing agents to.
Your property remains fully staged for six weeks, or longer if you wish, then I will return to de-stage ready for your move.

~ Many clients like to keep the property staged until Exchange of Contract. Furniture Rental can be extended for four weeks at a time at a reduced rate.
